The equipment is basically composed by six stainless steel cups that are inserted in plastic base which maintain them in vertical position. Put 50ml water into the testing container, then install both sample and impervious materials on the mouth of the container. After a periods of testing in a specified environmental condition, the water vapor absorption can be jugged by the mass change before and after testing.
