Sponge Resilience Tester GT-LE02

Product Introduction

Application:

This Sponge Resilience Tester is apply to measuring resilience of flexible polyurethane foam by free falling of steel ball.

This instrument calculates the ratio (i.e. rebound rate) between the maximum rebound height of the steel ball and the falling height of the steel ball by freely dropping so as to test the rebound performance of the test sample.The machine is controlled by microprocessor, touch screen displayed. The test date can be printed.

The Foam Rebound Tester is safe, reliable with high measurement accuracy.

Sample Requirement

The specimen shape is cuboid and the upper and lower surfaces are parallel. the specimen should not with epidermis.
Foam Resilience Tester Specimen size: L: 100mm, W: 100mm, H: 50 ± 2mm
Quantity: 3 samples per test group.
Sampling: the rebound direction of the falling ball shall be consistent with the actual use direction.
After the material is formed, it shall be stored for at least 72 hours before testing.
Before the test, the sample shall be conditioned in an environment with a temperature of 23 ± 2 ℃ and a relative humidity of 45%-50% for at least 16 hours.
