Recently, we hosted clients from India who visited our factory to inspect our testing equipment. The Taber Abrasion Tester is used to determine the abrasion resistance of materials and evaluate their wear properties, such as measuring mass loss, thickness loss, and transmittance. The unique wear process involves placing the test sample on a rotating platform, where two abrasive wheels press against the material, causing wear. The sample turntable speed can be controlled at options of 60 rpm and 72 rpm. The device comes with precision steel weights of 250g and 750g, providing standard wheel loads of 500g and 1000g. The weights are marked to indicate the total load on each wheel, including the weight of the abrasion arm (250g). The Taber Abrasion Tester can be used with various abrasion media and accessories for testing.

The test specimen is placed on the test platform, with glycerin as the lubricant. A certain load is applied, and the platform is moved horizontally with the specimen by lateral traction. The dynamic friction force is measured, and the dynamic friction coefficient is calculated.

This furniture universal testing machine is used to test the mechanical properties of tables and chairs. It can perform horizontal static load and durability tests, as well as vertical static load and impact tests. The machine features a frame structure design made from high-quality industrial aluminum, offering both aesthetics and functionality. The adjustable parts of the test machine's frame utilize a pulley structure, allowing easy adjustment of the loading position to accommodate different sample specifications. The positioning handle makes positioning easier and more efficient.
