Recently, Shanghai Administration For Industry & Commerce conducted a concentrated inspection on 48 batched which are sold on 7 on-line shopping platform about market and quality especially on GAP China, ZARA China, Tmall, Jingdong and etc.

On the report launched on May 27, 3 batches are found as "three no" (Unbranded and dateless product by a nameless factory). And 18 batches are found unqualified.

In this inspection, the defective items are Formaldehyde, peel strength, the stiffness of outsole, ornament tensile strength and potential hazards.

1.excessive formaldehyde content; 4 batches are unqualified, for example: some items turned out to be 89.7mg/kg . The standard for children leather shoes is ≤20mg/kg. GESTER Model: GT-C76 Formaldehyde Content Tester can help to detect this.
