How to Conduct the Footwear Slip Resistance Testing Machine With Computer
1. Install the shoes on the appropriate shoe last and lock it.
2. Connect the air pressure of about 0.7Mpa, and adjustthe pressure to display about 0.5Mpa, and press down.
3. Connect to AC 220V (1phase) power supply. Turn on the emergency stop switch of the power supply, boot up the computer and the display screen.
4. Click GT-KB48 Slip Resistance Tester For shoes software to enter the test software. According to the test standard you want to do, choose to place ISO or SATRA tiles on the test bench.
5. Install the shoe last with shoes on the sample rack and lock the screws.
6. Place the 7°angle gauge under the bottom of the shoe.
7. Turn the gear lever to the [set] position, and the sample holder will fall down freely.
8. Loosen the handles on both sides of the specimen holder.
9. Adjust the angle of the specimen holder so that it is parallel to the 7° angle gauge. Lock the handles on both sides to fix the sample holder.
10. Turn the gear lever to the [TEST] position, lift thesample holder and remove the 7 ° angle gauge. Select the test standard you need.
11. Click [Force time] in the test software, and then click [Test] to start the test. After the test is completed, the test report presents a curve.
