From August 23 to 25, 2024, the 27th China (Wenzhou) International Leather, Shoe Material & Shoe Machinery Fair was successfully held at the Wenzhou International Convention & Exhibition Center. 1. GT-UA03 Single Column Tensile Test Machine

The single-column tensile test machine is used to determine the mechanical and physical properties of materials under conditions such as tension, compression, bending, shearing, tearing, peeling, and puncture. 3. GT-KC01-1 IULTCS & Veslic Leather Abrasion Tester
The abrasion resistance of leather directly impacts the product's lifespan and appearance. The leather abrasion tester is used for color fastness testing of leather and plastics. Under specific pressure, the surface of the dye sample is repeatedly rubbed with white wool felt. The exhibition demonstrated how this device provides strong data support for product development.

4. GT-C13B-6 Martindale Abrasion and Pilling Tester
The Martindale tester is used to determine the abrasion resistance and pilling resistance of various textile structures. The sample is rubbed against an abrasive under low pressure and continuously changing directions, and the abrasion or pilling is compared with standard parameters. At the exhibition, it provided textile companies with reliable quality testing solutions.

5. GT-KC10A-12 Bally Resistance Flexing Tester
The flexing resistance of shoe materials is a crucial indicator of their durability. The Bally Resistance Flexing Tester simulated multiple bending processes under actual wearing conditions during the exhibition, demonstrating the performance of shoe materials during use and helping companies predict the product’s lifespan.

6. GT-KB06A EN Sole Flexing Tester
The flexing tester is designed to determine the resistance to cracking or flexing of materials at bending creases. This testing method is suitable for all flexible leathers and coated fabrics used in footwear uppers. 7. GT-C14A Taber Abrasion Tester
The abrasion tester is used to determine the wear resistance of materials, assessing their abrasion levels by measuring parameters such as mass loss, thickness loss, surface damage, and light transmittance.

8. GT-KC37A Leather Digital Lastometer

This device is used to determine the crack index of shoe uppers, leather surfaces, and various thin leathers. The specimen is fixed in clamps, and a ball is pushed into the leather at a speed of 12mm/min. When the leather cracks, the value of the increased height is the crack value.
