During the movement of luggage, the wheels of the suitcase may wear out. Manufacturers need to conduct relevant tests after producing luggage. The luggage abrasion tester is used for testing the wheels of luggage, wheel axles, the walking test of travel bags with wheels, as well as the overall structure of the suitcase for any damage or deformation. The results of the test can serve as references for improvement.
a) Angle of 45°:
Place the sample above the conveyor belt. Install the luggage pull rod onto the U-shaped buckle, hanging a 4-hole canvas strap. Adjust the height of the U-shaped buckle up and down through the handwheel to achieve a 45° angle. Loosen the fixed screws at both ends of the blocking rod, adjust the distance between the blocking rod and the luggage, then tighten the screws.
b) Angle of 90°:
Place the sample vertically above the conveyor belt. Loosen the fixed screws, adjust the position of the baffle front and back to center the luggage on the conveyor belt, then tighten the screws. Loosen the screws of the U-shaped buckle, adjust its position above and below the pull rod. Fix the pull rod on the U-shaped buckle with a 4-hole canvas strap, then tighten the screws. Loosen the screws at both ends of the blocking rod, adjust the distance between the blocking rod and the luggage, and finally tighten the screws.
Turn on the power and emergency stop switch of the luggage mileage testing machine, and select the testing mode (timing mode, mileage mode, timing and mileage mode).
