Fibre Board Flex Tester is used to determine flex test for shoe insole fiberboard and applicable for common leather shoes and sneaker insole fiberboard, but not for toe cap, counter-heel, semi-back and special leather shoes and sneaker insole fiberboard.

Work This tester is used to test the flexing resistance of fiberboards of insole fore parts. the method of test is to flex the specimen at the angel of 180 degree ± 90degree at each side, reciprocally under a given load. When specimen fails, the flexing times would be the flexing index of the specimen. and this is a good reference for comparing and selecting the material of fiberboards.
Fibreboard is flexed mechanically and repeatedly to 90°each side of the vertical at the rate of 60 cycles per minute until failure occurs. From the number of flexing cycles to failure, a flexing index is calculated to assess the flexing quality of the fibreboards used in footwear.
Shoes Fiberboard Bending Testing machine is used for testing the fiberboards such as insole foreparts and stiffener that are flexed or deformed in wear to measure its quality. During test, the specimen is rotated through 180°(90°each side of vertical) back and forth under a certain load until it breaks.
